Policies & Etiquette
We service clients by appointment only. Appointments must be scheduled online. When you schedule an appointment, the necessary time is scheduled just for you. Please schedule all services that you would like to do at your appointment time. We can not add services at the time of your appointment
Payment is required in order to confirm your appointment.
We created our services to allow appropriate time for the full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the best possible experience. To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are 7 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you will forfeit your payment.
We understand that delays can happen; however, we must work diligently at keeping other clients on schedule. If you arrive late, your service may be shortened in order to accommodate client scheduling. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” service. Out of respect and consideration to your esthetician and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
NO SHOW POLICY
We will do our part by keeping fees to a minimum. Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show". No show appointments may result in discharge from being able to book with us In the future. Keep in mind there are no refunds for “no show” appointments
